Music Declares Emergency has partnered with leading climate communications specialists On Road Media to offer artists a unique program that helps them talk about climate issues to their fans and the media with confidence.
Designed to guide artists through the issues at hand, the training was developed in response to requests from artists for support and guidance in using their platform to help focus attention on the climate emergency.
Via a one-hour introductory session or a longer 2.5-hour workshop, the sessions combine the expertise of On Road Media’s communications experience with Music Declares Emergency’s innate understanding of the position of artists in the music industry. Both programs ensure that anyone wishing to speak out can do so from a position of strength. Alongside the training, the course also offers ongoing support and advice to those taking part.
