More than 25% of total global emissions are generated from what we eat. Food is also the primary driver of the ecological emergency through destruction of habitats to create farms growing one crop or animal.   • Eating a plant-based diet is proven to be not only better for the environment, but it’s also better for your body, well-being and longevity too. Try a fully plant-based menu for a week or a month
